Dear friends,

This week's puzzle is by Joe Marquez, and it's called "Magical Moments" at 2/5 difficulty.

Joe writes: "I'm a student from New Jersey, and I've been solving and constructing crosswords since 2020. I've also been active on the trivia website Sporcle, where I'm the crossword "curator", for almost a decade now."

Oh and we wanted to mention that AVCX Classic crossword submission season (annual May-June edition) is here again! Our spec sheet is in this convenient spot. We're excited to see stuff from absolutely everyone, but we especially welcome work from underrepresented (queer, female, and black and brown) constructors.
