Puzzle Notes

Dear Friends:

Guest constructor Adam Wagner has this week's puzzle, called "Move It!" at 2/5 difficulty. Adam is a backyard beekeeper, math nerd, and new dad living in Oakland, CA, who's thrilled to be making his AVCX debut! And we're thrilled to work with him, too! Be sure to check out the PDF version of this week's puzzle, which has spiffy new formatting by Francis Heaney featuring a fresh new logo from Quiara Vasquez.

Meanwhile, this week is hype week at the AVCX; you got the first two midi puzzles earlier in the week. Soon you'll also get a themeless, a cryptic, and a trivia game. The idea with hype week is to show off what it will be like to get a near-daily array of puzzles each week. In order to make that a reality, all we need to do is to reach our Kickstarter goal. The good news is that the progress so far has been amazing, and in just ten days we're already 70% funded! But of course we need that last 30% to get over the line. So if you're willing and able, please consider donating $20 (or more if you can) to the Kickstarter campaign.
