Puzzle Notes

Dear Friends:

It's a guest puzzle! Christopher Adams brings us the 34th AVCX themeless, at 4.5/5 difficulty. Christopher currently publishes puzzles weekly (and freely) at his own website. He previously graduated from Cornell with a major in mathematics and minors in physics and creative writing.

Next week's puzzle (a BEQ joint) will be an easy one. We'll send that puzzle a little early, so you'll get it in the waning hours of 2018 (and the solution to Liz's meta will come with it, too). After that, there is so much exciting stuff coming in 2019, which we can't wait to share! Thanks for being kind, good friends, and for making the AVCX possible.
