Ben Tausig's 'Shoddy Construction Material' clocks in at 2/5 difficulty this week.
And if you didn't catch it already, I (Ben) coauthored an article with the esteemed human being and puzzle constructor Finn Vigeland recently in the New York Times, titled and on the topic of "How to Make a Crossword Puzzle." It's the first in a series, which promises to be great, especially because it's edited by the excellent and brilliant Deb Amlen.
