Dear subscribers: 

Anna Shechtman's "Flipping the Script" is 4/5 in difficulty.

Shechtman graduated from Swarthmore College in June. She is currently the assistant to Will Shortz at the New York Times and the intern to the culture editors at Slate. She was among the Twenty Under Thirty (20under30.com) constructors included in this year's collection.
