Puzzle Notes

Byron Walden's "That Is to Say" is 3.5/5 in difficulty. I have no idea if we'll continue with the .5 ratings, but both three and four felt distinctly inaccurate, so there it is. Enjoy it.

It's written by me, and while sparing the details for now, I will say that I was inspired to make it while doing research for the Curious History of Crosswords book. It's a variety genre I've always admired, and wanted to try my hand at.
