Puzzle Notes

Greetings and GHOUL-icitations to all our cherished solvers on this All Hallows' antepenultim-Eve. This year the AVCX Cryptic is costumed as a puzzle by Trip Payne (a Los Angeles-based puzzle constructor and editor).

Coming up in November are puzzles by Larry Kline and ... *checks spreadsheet* ... whoops, me! I guess I better go write that, then.
