Dear Friends:

We have a wonderful 60-word themeless today from our friend Brian Thomas. It's titled "Shhhh!," and Brian says it should solve "like getting the shower temperature just right."

Brian is a father, husband, and finance manager from Spokane, Washington. He loves planning hypothetical family vacations, playing chess, this crossword puzzle, and advocating for his city to free itself from the iron grip of the automobile by building sustainable, human-centric infrastructure. Brian will be donating his payment for this puzzle to Ms. Wilder and Mrs. Gray, two incredible teachers at his sons' school who lost their homes in the Spokane fires this summer.
