Dear friends:

Today we invite you to explore the depths of this 7x11 puzzle by Lil roster alum Katja Brinck. It's called, "Let's Go Spelunking!" There's nothing dark or scary about it … just wonders to behold.

From Katja: "This puzzle comes from an idea I've had since I first started constructing, but could never quite figure out what else to do with it in a standard 15x15 puzzle, so it's just been sitting in the back of my mind. When I was invited to do a guest puzzle for Lil AVCX in 2025, I was so excited for the chance to bring this idea to light and to use the midi format to celebrate ideas like this one that don't take up quite as much space.
"Also, caves are awesome, so you should go explore one. One of my favorite adventures I ever did was the Lost World All Day Epic Adventure at the Waitomo Caves in New Zealand, which starts off with a 100-meter rappel down into the caves. That's followed by walking, wading, jumping, climbing, etc. through the network of caves (and avoiding eels in the water), and ends with an amazing glowworm display. If that's not your style, hopefully this puzzle is. Thanks for solving!"
