The year's coming to an end: all the leaves have been raked, holiday shopping is in full swing, and the last 2024 Lil AVC X roster puzzles are landing in your inbox. Our final offering from Michael Berg is a 12x9 themeless appropriately titled "So Long, Farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, Goodbye."

Michael says: "As stories need readers and cocktails need drinkers, the pleasure in constructing is realized only in the puzzle's solving. So, thank you to everyone who has spent time with my puzzles this year. I hope they have provided a bit of fun distraction for you all. And a special shout-out to my Lil AVC X family. When I applied to be a roster member, my goal was to meet some fellow constructors, learn a thing or two, and grow my crossword family. Suffice it to say, that I couldn't have been happier with the results on all accounts. Thanks to my mentor Brian, to my fellow roster members, and to all of the other mentors and editors at Lil AVC X. While my year as a roster member has ended, I can't help but look forward to all of our interactions yet to come."
