Dear friends:

This week's 18x12 midi "House Flipping" comes to you from roster member Michael Berg. Michael's "construction project" might require a little heavy lifting, but we think that the hard work and effort you put into it will pay off!

Please note: This puzzle features a barred grid, so there's no puz file attached. You'll find an ipuz in addition to the usual pdf. We've also included two inksaver versions for you this week, one preserving the grid's color scheme, and one in grayscale.

Michael says: "This puzzle started out with the goal of using grid art to enhance a theme idea. I really wanted to take advantage of the freedom Lil AVC X gives us when it comes to the shape of the grid. Does the final result live up to the goal? If you're one of my kids you might see a heart with a face (how sweet!) or (perhaps more accurately) a butt. But maybe, just maybe, if you're feeling generous, you'll see the 'House Flipping' theme I was going for. Whatever you see, I hope you enjoy it!"
