Today's AVCX+ is a 72-word themeless from Amie Walker and Olivia Mitra Framke, entitled "Freezing Cold Take." We think it's -- ironically? -- aptly? -- a delightful, breezy summer solve.

Olivia is a higher education professional living in Jersey City with her sweet baby boy dachshund/croissant mix Charlie. She began constructing crosswords in 2016 and now edits them as part of the leadership team for Lil AVC X, the midi division of AVCX. A lover of Star Wars and games of all kinds, Olivia is a proud nerd, writer, and self-proclaimed aspiring mermaid.

Amie is currently a crossword constructor and editor raising three little Star Wars fans in the metro Phoenix area. She always lets her kids be the pilots on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Disneyland.
