Michael says: "All crosswords are in some sense a celebration of language. The seed for this puzzle was a word designed to empower people and give them an opportunity to define themselves in a style of their own choosing. While not everyone has embraced the term equally, I am happy to highlight it here. I hope its inclusion gives solvers a moment to consider the power words hold to transform a potentially marginalized identity into one of pride and recognition. Happy solving!"
