We'd like to offer a quick plug for a new variety puzzle feature, which comes courtesy of AVCX pal (and kind of everybody's pal) Joon Pahk. Joon's launched a new site called Outside the Box Puzzles. The site has Rows Gardens puzzles written by Joon and biweekly variety crosswords of all kinds, written by other contributors. It's a subscription site, but try the free Rows Gardens puzzle before you buy to see if it's the kind of thing you'd like.

Finally, BEQ is up next, and we've got a contest puzzle from Erik Agard in two weeks! Erik's is a meta, but on the medium difficulty side, which proved a popular combination last time.
