Puzzle Notes

This week's offering is the rather wonderful AV Classic debut from Jack Murtagh. It's 5/5 difficulty, and called "Multiple Chances."

Jack writes a weekly puzzle column for Gizmodo and a series on mathematical curiosities for Scientific American. He also plays chess frequently and goes outside occasionally.
