Dear Friends:

AVCX+'s first puzzle of 2024 is a lovely 70-word themeless by the great Nate Cardin, titled "Hang in There!". It's pegged at a difficulty of "medium rare" -- fresh and bouncy, but with a bite.

Nate Cardin (he/him) is a high school chemistry teacher in Los Angeles, where he lives with his husband and his French bulldog, Eero. When he's not crosswording, Nate enjoys cooking, reading queer fiction, and watching British quiz shows.
