For our last puzzle of 2023 we're sending out a real gem: a 72-word themeless today by our own Ada Nicolle, titled "The Crossword's Joker." We think you'll find it a little tricky, but also warm and inviting 🙂

Ada Nicolle (she/her) is a crossword constructor based in Toronto, Canada. Ada publishes independent crossword puzzles under the name Luckystreak Xwords (website/Patreon), and regularly contributes to the USA Today and Believer Magazine. When she's not puzzling, Ada can be found performing stand-up and hosting the monthly show "Ada Finds a Cohost" in Toronto.
