Puzzle Notes

Eighty-six people submitted answers to Francis's meta from this weekend, which ain't bad considering the difficulty. Our winners are Max Carpenter and Daniel Nass, each of whom receives a six-month AVCX subscription extension. For those vexed, the solution is attached, in addition to the solution to last week's weekly puzzle.
