Dear friends,

Delighted to welcome Adam Wagner as this week's constructor, with a 4/5 difficulty puzzle called "That's What It's All About."

Wagner, of Oakland CA, is a creative lead at Patreon, helping creators get paid for their work. He's also a creator on Patreon, building a community around his daily word game, Anigrams. Most importantly, he's a husband, and dad of one (imminently two!) whose toddler inspired this puzzle's theme.
