Puzzle Notes

Hi friends: 

Aimee Lucido comes calling this week with "Going Both Ways," a 4.5/5 difficulty puzzle.

Note that this is an extra large grid -- 16x17. Plus it's one of my favorite themes Aimee's ever done. Oh, and look out for a special puzzle from BEQ next week! None of these things are April Fools' Day jokes.

Finally, special congratulations to Dan Feyer, a great guy and pal of all of us here at the AVCX, on his remarkable sixth straight championship at the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament! Congrats also to the AVCX's own Tyler Hinman, who finished just half a second behind Dan to take second place. Sorry again to have missed being there this year. I successfully married my friends on Saturday night, in case you were curious how that turned out.
