Puzzle Notes

Hello dears! Today we see the return of Nate Cardin, a beloved contributor to AVCX Cryptics. The last time you saw him was as an editor, but now he's back again with a fantastic puzzle. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is one of my favorite cryptics I've ever solved/edited. So many fun entries, so many clever clues, and Nate's voice really shines through.
