Puzzle Notes

Dear friends,


We're so very thrilled to be running the first AVCX Classic puzzle by Michael Lieberman, called "False Fronts" at 2.5/5 difficulty. Francis Heaney and Ben Tausig coedited this one. Michael lives in Washington, DC with his wife (Lauren), one-year-old son (Henry), and two increasingly disobedient labradoodles (Herschel and Millie). His crossword puzzles have appeared in all the usual places, except here, until now. He makes extraordinarily good chocolate chip cookies.

Meanwhile! Congratulations to the 168 people who solved Paolo Pasco's reallllly fun (and hard) meta last week. Our two winners, drawn at random using a random number generator, are Denis Moskowtiz and Josh Rubenoff, each of whom wins a rather fabulous prize.
