Hello all!
What a pleasure it is to bring you another puzzle from one of our longtime contributors, the ever clever and creative Sara Goodchild. I think it's a healthy challenge which will richly reward those who persevere. I always have so much fun working with her.
Sara Goodchild (she/her) is a curriculum editor and puzzle constructor from Toronto, Ontario. She's a regular contributor of science-themed cryptic crosswords to New Scientist, and is delighted to be appearing again in AVCX. If you enjoy this puzzle, Sara hopes you'll watch for her upcoming variety cryptic in the Wall Street Journal (October 24).
