This week's Classic puzzle, not quite the last of the year, is by the famous Aimee Lucido, and it's called "Don't Lose Your Head" at 3/5 difficulty.
Aimee is a longtime crossword maker for all the usual suspects, and is also the trivia writer for Bloomberg's Pointed news quiz. Outside of puzzles, she's the author of several books for children, including her latest crossword-adjacent one, WORDS APART, which you can order signed copies of
here. Aimee lives with her husband, daughter, and dog in Irvington, NY.
