Puzzle Notes
Dear solvers,
According to Punxsutawney Phil, we have six more weeks of winter in store, but if you're stuck inside on a cold day we can't think of a better way to get through the chill than with this challenging cryptic from Lily Geller.
In her own words: 'Lily is a frequent cryptic solver and an occasional cryptic setter who currently lives in Westchester but will always be a Brooklynite at heart.'
You can
solve Lily's puzzle online, but we always recommend a nice leisurely paper solve for cryptics, especially one of this difficulty level. You might need more than one sitting, which is a feature, not a bug, in our opinion!
